For large or bulk orders shipped by sea, delivery may take 30 to 60 days, depending on the destination.
Some suppliers also delivers to major locations like the U.S. in about 5 to 7 days.
How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?
Shipping times depend on several factors, including the supplier’s processing time, the shipping method selected, and your delivery location. Most suppliers take 3 to 15 days to process and prepare your order for shipment.
Once shipped, the delivery time varies:
(DHL, FedEx, UPS): 3–7 business days

30–60 days, ideal for bulk orders
What Are the Sizing Specs of My Order?

If you’ve placed a custom or bulk order, the sizing specs are usually confirmed during the quotation or order agreement stage. It’s important to review and verify these details directly with the supplier before production begins, especially for items like apparel, packaging, or manufactured parts.
Always ask your supplier for a size chart, technical drawing, or sample if you're unsure. Clear communication up front ensures the final product matches your expectations.
I'm Having Issues Placing an Order?
If you're experiencing trouble placing an order don’t worry—this can happen for a few reasons. Common issues include incomplete supplier details, payment method errors, minimum order quantity not met, or shipping method not being available for your region.
Here’s what you can do:
Double-check the product listing to make sure all required options (like size, color, quantity) are selected.
Reach out directly to the supplier messaging system—they can help adjust your order, send a customized invoice, or clarify requirements.
Verify your payment method is accepted and supported in your country.
I’d Like to Return or Replace My Order?
If you need to return or replace an order the first step is to contact the supplier directly to explain the issue—whether it's damage, defects, wrong items, or sizing problems. Most return and replacement policies are handled by the supplie so it’s important to check the agreement or warranty terms provided when you placed your order.
I’d Like to Cancel My Order?
If you need to cancel an order the best approach is to act quickly. You should first contact the supplier directly through the messaging system and request a cancellation. If the supplier has not yet shipped or started production, they may be able to cancel the order without any issue.
If your order is covered by Trade Assurance, you can also go to your order details and click “Request to Cancel”. The supplier will need to approve the cancellation. If production has already begun or the item has shipped, cancellation may not be possible, or it may involve extra charges.
